Our History

We are a family owned business based in Budapest, who have owned the property at Jász utca 45 for almost 30 years, originally operated as a commercial warehouse. The continuing urbanization of the 13th district convinced us to convert the building into a self-storage facility.

We did the conversion ourselves and the construction works were carried out by a local contractor while the specialized metal works were done by a small team of traditional locksmiths.

The entire conversion took roughly one year.
