What can I NOT store in my unit?
Hazardous materials (flammable, toxic, explosive etc.), illegal items, perishable goods, living beings or plants are NOT allowed to be stored.
How secure are the storage units?
Our facility is protected with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, a secure access control system, and an advanced intrusion alarm system. Each unit has its own lock, and only you have access to the code.
Do I need to sign a long term contract?
No, you sign your contract for an indefinite period of time with a notice period of 1 month. So just sign up, and when you have decided you no longer need the unit, just let us know a month before you want to leave.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
You can bring your own lock, or purchase a standard padlock from us, or pay a monthly fee for an electronic unit lock with Bluetooth activation.
Do you offer moving services or packing materials?
Yes, we provide packing boxes, tape, and other materials on-site. We also help you move your items free of charge – just let us know!
What if I need a bigger or smaller storage unit later?
You can easily switch to a different sized unit at any time, subject to availability. We make the process smooth and hassle-free.
Is separate insurance required?
No, separate insurance is not required, but we do require that your goods are insured. We are not liable for any damages incurred to you items.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
We take a deposit equal to 1 month’s rent. Make sure to leave your storage unit empty and clean when you leave, so that we can refund your deposit as soon as possible.
How do I find out how much storage I need?

Alternatively, book a site tour to allow you to inspect different unit sizes available. Keep in mind that you can you can always choose to rent a bigger or smaller unit (subject to availability) if your needs change.
