How do I book a unit?

Booking takes just a few minutes. Choose your unit size and move-in date on our website, fill in your details, and pay securely online. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll have 24 hours to e- sign your rental agreement and verify your ID, both quick steps from your confirmation screen. After that, you’re ready to move in.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all processed securely through Stripe. If a payment fails, it’s automatically retried over the following days, so a temporary card issue won’t put your unit at risk.

What happens if a payment is late?

If a payment doesn’t go through, it’s automatically retried a few times over the following days. If it’s still outstanding after 8 days, a late fee and interest apply, details are in our General Terms and Conditions. If you’re disputing a charge, note that fees continue to apply while the dispute is being resolved, so it’s best to get in touch as early as possible.

How do I log in to my account?

You can log in with a password, or use passwordless login: we’ll email you a one-time code, or send you a magic link, either gets you straight in without remembering a password.

What can I NOT store in my unit?

Our rental agreement contains a list of items that are forbidden from our storage facility. These generally cover hazardous materials (flammable, toxic, explosive etc.), batteries, illegal items (or items obtained illegally), perishable goods, living beings or plants, and the like; we may update this list from time to time; please check the rental agreement for the precise list.

How secure are the storage units?

Our facility is protected with recorded CCTV surveillance (recordings are kept for 3 months), a secure electronic access control system, and advanced intrusion and fire alarm systems. Each ’premium’ unit has its own electronic lock, activated with an app which you will be able to download after signing a rental agreement and only you have access to the unlocking function. For ’standard’ units you lock the unti with your own padlock, for which you are responsible for keeping the key or combination secure.

Do I need to sign a long term contract?

No, you sign your contract for an indefinite period with a notice period of 28 days. If you want to cancel your rental contract please send us a written notice by email. You will be charged on a pro-rata basis for your final ivoice based on the days you actually use.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

You bring your own padlock or you can purchase a standard key operated padlock from our online store and have it delivered to your unit before move-in.

Do you offer packing materials?

Yes, we provide packing boxes, tape, and other useful materials which you can purchase from our online store and have delivered to your unit before move-in.

What if I need a bigger or smaller storage unit later?

You can easily switch to a different sized unit at any time, subject to availability. We make the process smooth and hassle-free.

Is separate insurance required?

Yes, insurance is required. We are not liable for any damages to your stored goods.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

We take a deposit equal to 1 month’s rent. Make sure to leave your storage unit empty and clean when you leave, so that we can refund your deposit as soon as possible.

How do I find out how much storage I need?

Our unit size guide enables you to estimate your unit size requirements, you can also use this unit size calculator. Alternatively, book a site tour on our website or via our office so that so that you can inspect the different unit sizes available. Keep in mind that you can you can always choose to rent a bigger or smaller unit (subject to availability) if your needs change.
